How to Reset Factory Settings of my iPhone

Step 1: Arrange a computer (Mac or PC)

Step 2: Turn off the iPhone

Make sure that your iPhone is turned off completely

Step 3: Put the iPhone in recovery mode

Now locate the button on iPhone that you need to press in the next step

Use slide button for iPhone x or later, iPhone SE(2nd generation),iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 plus
Use the volume down button for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus
Use Home button for iPhone SE(1st generation) and iPhone 6s and earlier models
Now you can press and hold the appropriate button while connecting the iPhone to the computer
Press and hold the button until you get to see the recovery mode screen on the iPhone
In case you see a passcode screen, turn off the iPhone and start again

Step 4: Restore your iPhone

Find out the iPhone in the Finder or iTunes on the computer connected
